How to place an order for the promotional products?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
1.Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
2.Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
3.Delivery time required
4.Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
5.Forwarder's contact details if there's any
Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes ! We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.
How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).
What's your usual payment term for orders?
Our usual payment term is Wire transfer ( T/T ).
We also accept:
1). Western Union payment, (special for urgent and critical order)
2). L/C payment for bulk order, (this will depend on the order status)
What's the Min Order Quantity?
Due to the products, please contact us to make sure, usually we do not accept less than US$1000 worth of order (many model sum). We accept mixed orders with several kinds of products even each kind is in small quantity. Most of products, We can accept any number of CBM order. FCL, LCL, Express, Air Cargo are all no problem. We'd strongly recommend that you order at least one container (20GP or 40HQ) with a variety of products each time.
Can You Label / Brand These Items With My Own Choice Of Logo?
Yes !
We can provide an OEM service. If you want to put your own brand on products, this is possible, via labelling, printing, etching, special packaging, or product inserts. If you are interested in labelling or branding at source in China, please buy at least 1pc sample from AmandaIEC to see the product first hand and decide your specific requirements for branding the product.
Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other ways. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units per logo or depend on the product range. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG, TIFF and AI format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 5000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).
